Refund and Returns Policy

We want customers to feel confident when shopping for Hanfu and neo-Chinese clothing from ZHONGUO HANFU. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. This 14-day period starts from delivery/receipt, not from the order date or shipping date.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resellable condition with original tags, accessories, and packaging where possible. Items with perfume, makeup marks, stains, damage, missing parts, or signs of wear may be refused.

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made items, final-sale items, clearance items, used items, washed items, altered items, and items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

Size and Color

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Minor color differences may occur because of photography, lighting, fabric batches, and screen settings. Small measurement differences may also occur because garments are measured by hand.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns caused by personal preference, size choice, color choice, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are not refundable unless required by law.

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect because of our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will help with a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, missed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not collected by the customer. Contact the carrier and our support team as soon as possible if there is a delivery issue.
