Shipping Policy

ZHONGUO HANFU ships Hanfu and neo-Chinese clothing to overseas customers. Shipping time includes order processing time and international transit time.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional checking, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order is shipped, estimated international delivery is usually 7-20 business days, depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier capacity, and local delivery conditions. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address, missing apartment/unit number, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or missed delivery attempts.

Order Not Received

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, building management, or post office first. Then contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can help investigate.
