Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resellable condition with original tags, accessories, and packaging where possible.
Refund and Returns Policy
Returns are based on delivery date.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. This period starts from delivery, not from the order date or shipping date.
Return Shipping
For returns caused by personal preference, size choice, color choice, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect because of our mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
